Notice of New Product Launch, Price Revision, and Specification Changes
We are pleased to announce that, effective September 1, 2026, JAXSON will introduce new products, expand its product lineup, revise product prices, and update the specifications of selected products.
Due to rising material, manufacturing, and logistics costs, as well as ongoing global supply chain challenges, JAXSON has decided to revise its product prices to ensure the continued quality and stable supply of its products.
We appreciate your understanding and continued support.
Please find below details regarding our new products, reintroduced models, specification updates, discontinued products, and our upcoming new product launch event.
1. New Product Launch and Product Lineup Expansion
Effective September 1, 2026, JAXSON will officially launch three new models, first introduced as concept models in December 2025.
In addition, to further expand our product lineup, we will reintroduce ten popular models, including compact bathtubs that have been highly requested by our customers.

2. New Product Launch Event
To celebrate the launch of our new products, JAXSON will host a special event at JAXSON TOKYO / HIDEO TOKYO.
Event Period: September 1 (Tue) – September 18 (Fri), 2026
During the event, visitors will have the opportunity to experience all three new models. In addition, a special exhibition themed around Wellness will be presented in collaboration with Technogym, the Italian wellness brand.
Through a journey that combines exercise with the restorative benefits of bathing, JAXSON will present its vision of a new wellness environment.
Further details regarding the exhibition and visitor reservations will be announced separately.
3. Price Revision
Effective Date: September 1, 2026
Applicable Products: Bathtubs, options, maintenance parts, and shipping charges
The revised prices will apply to all orders placed on or after September 1, 2026.
For projects currently in progress or under consideration, we will provide individual guidance based on each project's status and scheduled delivery date. For further information, please contact your JAXSON sales representative.
4. Specification Changes
The following product specifications will be updated.
■ Overflow Pop-Up Waste
The overflow handle will be updated to JAXSON's original design.
Crafted from stainless steel, the new design offers a refined finish and a positive tactile click during operation, providing a premium feel down to the finest details.
This specification is scheduled to apply to quotations issued on or after September 1, 2026. Details regarding applicability will be provided individually by your sales representative.
■ Switch Panel Design
he display design of operation switches for functions such as jets and blowers will be updated in phases.
While the switch body may vary depending on the motor, functions, and installation conditions, the pictogram design indicating each operation has been standardized. The new graphics provide improved clarity, enhancing both visibility and ease of operation.

5. Discontinued Product
The Mobile Series will be discontinued effective September 1, 2026.
