Announcement of the Establishment of HIDEO Corporation and New Management Structure

We are pleased to announce that, effective April 1, 2025, we have established a new corporate structure by means of a company split, resulting in the formation of HIDEO Corporation. 

Under this new structure, the JAXSON and HIDEO brands will operate independently, each focusing on their respective target markets.

Moving forward, JAXSON Corporation will continue to promote the JAXSON brand primarily in Japan and throughout Asia, as it has done to date.

Meanwhile, HIDEO Corporation will be responsible for the development and sales of the HIDEO brand. In the Japanese market, JAXSON Corporation will serve as the exclusive distributor, while HIDEO Corporation will focus on expanding its presence in international markets.

Both brands will remain closely connected under the creative direction of Hideo Shimizu, founder of JAXSON, and will continue to deliver beautifully designed bathtubs that offer the ultimate in luxury and comfort.
