Notice: Changes to JAXSON Minami-Aoyama Showroom Operations Due to COVID-19

To prevent the spread of COVID-19 and to ensure the safety of our customers and staff, the JAXSON Minami-Aoyama Showroom will operate on shortened opening days and hours starting Friday, May 22, and will be open by advance reservation only.

Opening Hours: Friday & Saturday, 10:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Advance reservation required)

COVID-19 Safety Measures

To ensure the safety of both customers and staff, and to allow visitors to enjoy a safe and comfortable experience, the following measures are in place:

Our Preventive Measures:

• Staff wear masks and regularly disinfect their hands with alcohol.
• Social distancing is maintained throughout the showroom.
• Ventilation is ensured by keeping doors open and regularly exchanging indoor air with outside air.
• Staff check their temperature before coming to work and will refrain from attending if it is 37.5°C or higher.
• Frequently touched equipment and exhibits are regularly disinfected with alcohol.

Requests to Visitors:

• Hand sanitizer is provided in the showroom; please disinfect your hands upon entry.
• Visitors are required to wear masks while inside the showroom.
• If you are feeling unwell, have a fever, or any symptoms of discomfort, we kindly ask that you refrain from visiting.
