Announcement of New Management Structure Following Share Transfer

We are pleased to announce that, as of February 1, 2022, our company has become a wholly owned subsidiary of HIDEO Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Hideo Shimizu). On the same date, our company changed its trade name from blisspa japan Co., Ltd. to JAXSON Co., Ltd., marking a fresh start under a unified corporate and product brand.

Going forward, JAXSON Co., Ltd. will focus on product development and branding under the overall direction of bathtub designer Hideo Shimizu. JAXSON, primarily offering acrylic jet baths, will work closely with the HIDEO collection of solid surface bathtubs to build a luxury brand business specializing in the bathroom market. Together, we will accelerate business expansion both domestically and internationally.

HIDEO was established in 2018 as a company specializing in the manufacturing and sales of a collection of freestanding bathtubs. The brand was developed by Hideo Shimizu, founder of JAXSON, who has cultivated four decades of expertise in bathtub design, cutting-edge manufacturing technologies, and innovative materials.

In May 2021, HIDEO opened its flagship store, HIDEO TOKYO, located in Akasaka, Minato-ku, Tokyo. The showroom features conceptual scene displays and collaborations with luxury lifestyle brands such as GiGi and Loro Piana Interiors.

HIDEO aims to redefine the bathroom experience by offering bathtubs that emphasize comfort and safety, while transcending conventional concepts to function as complete pieces of furniture. The collection includes 16 models ranging in size from 0.9m to 2.1m.
